Felipe Galindo Gomez (Feggo)
is an artist from Cuernavaca, Mexico,
living in New York City since 1983.

BFA,Visual Arts, National Autonomous University of Mexico.
He specializes in humorous art and
his projects include fine art, public art,
editorial and children's illustration,
cartoons and animation.
His work has been awarded, exhibited
and published worldwide.


Recent Awards
2010: National Association of Latino Arts and Culture Grant,
to produce the animation "Frida New York".
Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance Grant
, to make the Manhatitlan Codex artist book.

Believe It or Not!

I recently remembered I did a job for BP in the early 90's
(before their change of logo and "green" policies).
 It was a wrap-art for a boxed set of mini-books of Winnie the Pooh.
I put it on my drawing table, went to grab a coffee and when I returned...voilá!
